Look Who's ONE!

That's right! Our sweet baby girl is ONE! I can't believe how fast this year has gone! She is such a sweet and fun girl. We have been so blessed to have her in our lives! These are a few pictures I took the morning of her birthday. I had actually taken her to a studio 2 weeks before her birthday to get her 1 year pictures and her eating her birthday cake. She had this super cute tutu and rug with this cute bow, balloons and cake. I hadn't ever seen the proofs a week later, so I began calling and calling and calling. Finally they told me that they had lost all of her pictures. I think I cried for an hour. So, I was so thankful when I saw these pictures and how cute she was! I am still sad I won't ever get to see them, but these sure make it better.

Sweet Callie! These pictures are so representative of who you are right now. You are such a sweet and beautiful baby girl. You have changed so much over this past year. You are now clapping, laughing, crawling, standing, drinking milk from a big girl cup, giving and blowing kisses, you have two bottom teeth and 4 top teeth just peeping through. One of your daddy's and my favorite things to watch is you playing with your awesome Big Brother. Ya'll love each other so much and he can make you laugh more than anyone else. I am so glad God gave yall a special bond and pray it continues to grow over the years. You have the cutest little feet and the most precious cheesy grin. Over this past year you have been a total mamas baby and I have loved every minute of it. But, over the past two weeks you have started preferring your awesome daddy! It melts my heart! Callie, we love you more than you could possible know and can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for the rest of your wonderful life. Happy birthday my baby!

Carson's Birthday Party!

This post is a little late, but I am finally posting pictures from Carson's 3rd Birthday party. It is so hard to believe that he is already 3! This year Carson wanted a sports ball birthday party. Not a particular one, he wanted all the sports represented. So that is what we did. What better place to have a sports party than in the gym! Carson love it! He just ran around with his friends and played the whole time. We had all different kinds of inflatable sports balls there for the kids to play with and they also got to take one home. Everyone had a blast. Such fun memories!

Carson loved his balloons! In fact, we still have the huge baseball one and he plays with it everyday!
Everyone singing Happy Birthday to him.

Our Sweet Birthday Boy!

One of my FAVORITE pictures! He is such a cutie pie! Love this sports guy!

Yummy! Green and Blue icing made for sum cute faces.

Had to put this one in of Callie with Steve (or Stevo as Carson says). Steve is my sister's boyfriend, but also Callie's boyfriend. I guess she bonded with him on our beach trip and she now is in love with him. It is so cute!

Present Time!

One of his favorites was the Star Wars transformer spaceship Davis and London got him. Although, I think Davis could have given him a stick and he would have loved it. He thinks Davis is so cool! He loves the older boys and their toys! So cute!

This was another one of his favorites! His best friend Brynlee got him this cute shirt (which he immediately had to put on over his other shirt) and the baseball helmet with his name and a baseball on it. He is still wearing it everywhere. He even sleeps in it. He has already rubbed most of the letters off.

Had to add this one of Callie and me. We seem to never get our picture taken together. Such a cutie!

Everyone had fun playing in the gym, including the guys!

Coach (my Dad)

Love this picture because they are all looking! Ryleigh, Carson and Maddie ready to have fun!

We'll it's official....

Callie is crawling!!!! Callie is such a layed back sweet girl, so she was in no hurry to get up and start crawling. She took her sweet time, but she finally decided she would do it. She took a few crawls here and there this past weekend, but on Wednesday, she finally started crawling for good. She is starting to find her way to her favorite objects. Our house has yet again changed forever. We are now having to set her boundaries and teach her the meaning of "eyes only". Oh, how I have forgotten those words. Let the fun begin!!! Here is a video of her first crawls!

It's been awhile!

Well, as usual life has been crazy around here. I haven't posted in forever even though I have some wonderful things to post about. Carson just turned 3! He had a wonderful "sports" party! He also started T-ball and had is first game last weekend. So cute! We took our annual family beach vacation and had a blast! Callie is now 10 months old and we are already preparing for her very first birthday! I can't wait to catch you all up with pictures, so keep checking back to see them. Below are some random pictures I wanted to share in the meantime. Also at the bottom are some pretty funny ones of Carson. :)

As usual, Carson does some pretty funny and cute things at bedtime. The other night, Phil went into check on Carson before we went to bed. This is what he found.
Carson had gotten his brand new bag of pullups out and had spread them all over his floor in a circle and then managed to put on lots of pullups. When we got him up to take them all off he had put NINE of them on perfectly. We couldn't stop laughing. The next morning, when he woke up, he said, "Hey mommy, did you know that there are two different kinds of pullups? There are buzz ones and woody ones. I put on all the woody's!". I love him at this age!

New Shoes

We have decided to sign Carson up for T-ball this year. We debated it for awhile because he is going through a very disobedient stage, but we decided to go ahead and see how it goes. Carson has been wanting a pair of baseball shoes for a long time. He wants a pair just like his daddy (I love that about him). So, we decided we would take him to get a pair of his very own baseball shoes. He was so excited to go get them. Once he picked them out, he had to put them right on his feet and I can honestly say they didn't come off for a whole day. Well actually I took them off once he was asleep and he woke up, so I told him he could sleep with him. I love how passionate he is about things! I must warn you about the pictures below, Carson is in his underwear. He insists on only wearing underwear when he is home. Sorry! :)

The SHOES!
Running with them. "Mommy look, they make me run super fast!"

Watching T.V. with his shoes!
He has slept with his shoes for every nap and bedtime since we got them. I just love this Boy!!!

Our Easter Bunnies

Here are a few pictures of our two little Easter bunnies! We had a great day celebrating our Saviors victory, hunting eggs and spending time with family.

Callie with Coach and Nana. P.S. Thank you to all of you who are praying for my dad. He is currently taking his chemo treatments and we are praying his cancer will go into remission. Once it is in remission he will be able to begin his experimental cancer treatment. We are excited about the possibilities it will hold. Please continue to pray for him.
We went to my grandmothers house for lunch. Every time Carson goes over to her house, he always wants to climb in her tree. She has an awesome climbing tree in her front yard.
My mom (Nana) with Carson & Callie.

My sweet boy! Can't believe he will soon be 3!

Here is a picture of Callie's cheesy smile. She has started smiling like this now that she has two bottom teeth. I think it feels good on her gums. So cute!

Our two sweet Easter Bunnies!!! What joy they bring to our hearts! Thank you Lord for these blessings.

What is that on his head?

The other day, I walked in to check on Carson. He had been so quite so I thought he was asleep. When I peeked around the door, I saw him siting in his bed, with everything piled up underneath him, reading books and what looked like a helmet on his head. I walked in a little closer to see what helmet he had gotten out and much to my surprise he had put some underwear on his head. I then began to laugh out loud (and of course grab the camera). What a creative little boy! Oh, and by the way they weren't the underwear he was wearing.
