Carson's in Gymnastics

Carson started Gymnastics a couple of weeks ago. I thought it would be good for him to have something special for him to do. I wasn't sure how he would do or if he would like it, but he LOVES it! Here are some pictures from his first class. He is so proud of himself after his class. It is so cute. Sorry the pictures are really bad, but they were taken from upstairs and through a window.

Stretching at the beginning. Carson just set there and was taking it all in. We still haven't participated in the stretching part. He is just so busy looking at everything and watching everyone.

They got to run and jump on the smiley face then put their hands on the yellow block then jump off. He did so good at the jumping off part!

Carson loved the pit! He almost jumped in a few too many times.

I was so proud of how he would sit and wait his turn. Such a cutie and such a big boy!

Jumping on the trampoline. He really had to work hard to stay in the box. I think this was his favorite thing because he talks about it all the time.

Carson and Callie

Hello friends and family! Sorry I haven't posted in a few weeks. Things have been busy around our house lately. It is so crazy to believe that Callie is almost one month old. Time seems to be flying by so fast. We can hardly remember what our lives were like before Callie was here. She has been such a sweet blessing to our lives. Carson has adjusted well and absolutely loves his baby sister! Callie has changed so much in the last few weeks. Thursday she weighed 7lbs and 12 oz. We are so glad she is back to her birth weight and can let her sleep at night (not that she is doing much of that now) :). She is beginning to stay awake a while and be more alert about her surroundings. Thought I would post a few pictures of her first few weeks. I plan on posting her birth pictures and story soon. I just don't have time to go through the 300 pictures we have of her first few days. Enjoy these pictures of our precious TWO children!

This is one of my favorite pictures of Carson and Callie. He is so in love with her and I think the smile proves it!

This was our fist night home as a family. It was such a sweet time! Carson sang "Jesus loves me to Callie". It made my heart swell with joy!

This was her before she went out on her first outing with me. We went to Chick-fil-A. I know she will love chicken biscuits soon enough!

These are pictures of Callie at one week old. I think the bow is as big as her! You know me and big bows! Got to love them!

This is Callie at two weeks old. We started seeing her eyes more this week, but not much! She still liked to sleep a lot!

Every morning for a week, when I would get Carson out of bed he would say "oh mommy! Baby Callie not in your belly anymore." It was priceless. Then we would have to go and find baby Callie. This is how we spend the first part of our mornings. Carson loves to lay with Callie and wake up. So precious!

We had lots of visitors once we got home. I didn't get pictures of many of them, but I did get this cute pictures of Callie's buddy Brinley. She is 2 months older than Callie and cute as a button. It was so good to see them and can't wait to have more play dates together.

This was Callie on her way to her first Bunco game. She was just two weeks old and sleep through the whole thing. Oh and I did win that night. I think she is my lucky charm!

Loved this face!

We were so lucky to have my Aunt come down and stay with us last week. What a huge help she was. Carson fell in love with his "Aunt Rain" (Lorraine). This is Callie and her hanging out while mommy got to get some stuff done. We were also able to have our first date while she was here. It was wonderful! We already miss her lots.

This is Callie and Phil. She was three weeks old this day. What a priceless moment for me to watch! I am so thankful to have the best husband and best daddy every. Couldn't do it without him.
I had been wanting to put Callie in this outfit for awhile. Carson can't wear yellow because it washes him out, but Callie has such dark skin and dark hair that I thought she would look good in yellow. I was right, she can pull it off good. What a cutie.

We took Callie to her first church service when she was just 1 1/2 weeks old. She did great, just sleep through the whole thing. After church we headed over to my Mamaw's house for her 90th birthday party. This was the first time for her to meet Callie. She fell in love!

Four generations of girls! My mamaw was so proud!

I promise to be better at posting. So check back soon!

Welcome Baby Callie!!!

Welcome to the world Callie Reagan!
Miss Callie Reagan was born on August 6th at 1:22 p.m. She weighed 7 lbs & 11 oz and was 19 3/4 inches long. She is beautiful and such a gift from God. We are so excited she is here and can't wait to post more pictures of her soon. Carson is absolutely in love with her!!! He has been the best big brother. He kisses her and loves on her all the time. We are so overwhelmed by the Lord's blessings on our lives! We are so blessed to have two beautiful and healthy children. Here are a few pictures that I had on my computer. Things have been a little busy, but I hope to post more of the many pictures we have taken soon.

A Look Back

Well, I was looking back through pictures today and thought I would share a few with y'all. I was thinking about how fast this pregnancy has flown by and how so much has changed in the last nine months. Obviously I have changed in size, but Carson has also changed into such a big boy! He is talking in sentences now and likes to do things "all by myself". He has found his independence and loves playing any sport. He has even learned to ride a tricycle! We are so proud of him and think he is going to make the best big brother. He says he can't wait to rock Callie and kiss her forehead. Here are some pictures I found in looking back at the last nine months.

This is a picture of Carson the day I found out I was pregnant. We had just come back from our ski trip and bought him this cute bear hat.

This is a picture of my when I was just 12 weeks pregnant. I am so glad those days of feeling sick are over!

This is me at 36 weeks.

I had to share this picture! Almost everyone of my pictures I took while pregnant were in this particular part of our house. Every time I had Phil take a picture of me, Carson thought he needed his picture taken also. He would say, "Mommy I take picture of my Callie in my belly.". Phil and I would just laugh and take his picture. What a cutie!

Well, this is my last post before Miss Callie arrives on Thursday. We will be posting pictures of her as soon as possible, so check back often to see our new sweet baby girl! Thank you for all your love, support and prayers!

Callie's Room #2

Well, I finally finished Callie's room! Every little detail is not done and just totally awaiting her excited arrival! Here are the pictures of the room with decorations on the wall. Oh, and to update y'all on what the doctor said Tuesday, I was a 1 1/2 and 50 % ephased (sp?). I had been having lots of contractions and back pain since the weekend, but they obviously weren't the real deal. So, he said if she doesn't come before Thursday (the 6th) then he will induce me that day. So, it is the 6th or sooner. We go to him again on Tuesday to make sure everything is still looking ok. He said she is really high and his only concern with induction is that he might have trouble breaking my water since I am so high. Carson was the exact same way, but everything worked out fine. So, please pray that she will drop some and that everything will go wonderful on Thursday! Thank you all for your prayers during the past nine months!

This is one of my favorite parts of her room! I love these letters. Thanks to my very talented friend, Amy. Check out her website at http://amysdoodledandies.weebly.com/
